Originally established as Assura Medical in 2007, the organisation later became Virgin Care in 2010 after being majority-owned by the Virgin Group. In 2021, the company underwent a major transformation, rebranding to HCRG Care Group under the ownership of Twenty20 Capital.

Today, HCRG Care Group supports millions of people annually through its wide range of services. These include adult and children’s community health services, primary care services such as urgent care and sexual health, and social care services that promote wellbeing for both adults and children. Our relationship with HCRG Care Group began in 2017, when the organisation operated under the Virgin Care name.
